He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat conditions, with advanced expertise in cochlear implants, head and neck surgery, and minimally invasive ENT procedures. Currently based in Gurgaon, Dr. Pathania serves as Professor in the Department of ENT at SGT Medical College, where he leads clinical training and research, and mentors the next generation of ENT specialists.

He is also a visiting consultant at renowned institutions including Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon and Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. His key areas of expertise include: Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Management of Allergic Rhinitis (including immunotherapy) Complex head and neck surgeries Pediatric ENT care, including adenoid and ear infections Surgical care for swallowing disorders and hoarseness Emergency treatment for life-threatening ENT conditions Dr. Pathania completed his M.S. in Otorhinolaryngology from LTMC, Sion Hospital, Mumbai and M.B.B.S. from Seth GSMC, KEM Hospital.

He received advanced head and neck surgical training at Artemis Hospital from 2008 to 2010. He has contributed extensively to academic research and has presented at various national and international conferences. He is a member of the Indian Society of Otorhinolaryngology and has authored chapters in ENT textbooks.
