Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Dr. J. M. Hans ENT Consultation Center , we understand that situations may arise requiring cancellation or changes to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any eligible refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will be non-refundable .
