Note: Since we provide medical consultation services only (no physical goods), the Shipping & Delivery policy is as follows:

Service Delivery

• All consultations are delivered either in-person at our Delhi & Gurugram centre or through online video consultation platforms (based on booking type).
• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with appointment confirmation and access details.

Timelines

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability, typically within 1–5 working days.

No Physical Shipping

• We do not ship any products or physical goods. All services are delivered digitally or at the center.
