Note: Since we provide medical consultation services only (no physical goods), the Shipping & Delivery policy is as follows:

Service Delivery

• All consultations are delivered either in-person at our Delhi center or through online video consultation platforms (based on booking type).
• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with appointment confirmation and access details.

Timelines

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability, typically within 1–5 working days.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any products or physical goods. All services are delivered digitally or at the center.
