Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Dr Hans’ Centre for ENT, we understand that situations may arise requiring cancellation or changes to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Any eligible refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will be non-refundable.
